The policies outlined on this page are provided to help you better understand the use of this site:

Orders Acceptance Policy

When you submit your order online, you will get an emailed receipt of what you order.  This receipt serves as confirmation that what you ordered is accurately received.  Custom Furniture Warehouse does reserve the right to at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any or no reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.  If for whatever reason, the order cannot be accepted, we will advise you as soon as possible and aim to remedy whatever the issue might be.

Manufacturing Lead Time Policy

All furniture is made-to-order.  After your order is received and accepted, and payment is made, the Amish manufacturer will begin working on your order.  Lead times will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, but an estimated lead time is shown alongside the product you were ordering.  If a longer than expected lead time is needed, we will advise you accordingly.  The furniture must be fabricated from solid slabs of wood, cut, sanded, fit together and finished with stain and clear coats.  The process is labor intensive and does take time, but the wait is worth it and the furniture is beautiful.

Shipping / White Glove Delivery Policy

Once your furniture is ready to ship, arrangements are made to get your furniture to you as quickly as possible.  We should be able to reach most parts of the country within 7 days.  We broker with various shipping providers including independent owner operated trucks and PackShip.  You will be notified when delivery is soon to happen to coordinate a date/time to deliver.  You must be home to receive the delivery.  White glove delivery is available for most locations.  During checkout you will be presented with an option to order White Glove service.  This service includes unloading the furniture from the truck, carrying it inside to where you want it to go, assembling the unit and disposing of all packaging materials. Custom Furniture Warehouse reserves the right to refuse the White Glove service request or charge more, based on location and distance needing traveled.  If that is the case, we will let you know within 5 days of placing the order and you will have the right to cancel the order.

Payments Policy

We use the highest security and encryption for your protection.  Credit card numbers are not saved on our website and we utilize 3rd party PCI compliant payment gateways to conduct online transactions.  Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number. This information must be the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Your credit card will be charged within 5 days of you placing the order.  All major credit cards are accepted including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  At this time, we do not allow personal checks o rmoney orders.  Money Orders

Privacy Policy

Custom Furniture Warehouse keeps your personal information private and secure. We do not share your information.  When you make a purchase or subscribe to our email list we use that information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience. Customer information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company, without the consent of the customer, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested by the customer.

Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology. We use “cookies” to keep track of your current shopping session so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at a later time and to help personalize your shopping experience. Customers will not receive any continual email solicitation from the company unless opting in to our email list or placing an order.  You can unsubscribe at any time.

Return Policy

Because all furniture is custom made for you, there are no returns allowed.

Sales Tax Policy

Custom Furniture Warehouse will automatically calculate 6% sales tax for shipments being delivered to Pennsylvania only.  All other deliveries are not subject to PA Sales tax from Custom Furniture Warehouse and the purchaser is solely responsible for all sales, customs, duties taxes and/or other taxes.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Custom Furniture Warehouse shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at an incorrect price. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled by Custom Furniture Warehouse, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount it was charged. You will be under no obligation to accept an order for which the price was posted incorrectly.

The above mentioned policies supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order.  Custom Furniture Warehouse reserves the right to make changes to this site and these policies at any time.
