How To Order
The website is arranged into furniture categories. Browse to your area of interest and look through the photo galleries for pieces of furniture that appeal to you. Clicking on a picture will load up a page that will let you see all the details about what you selected. Most collections will have multiple pieces listed. You can just select which pieces you want to order and choose the size (if multiple sizes are available) and finish. New furniture collections will be continuously added so check back often.
Made to Order / Delivery Time
Everything on the website is made-to-order. This means there is no inventory sitting in a fulfillment center. When your order is placed, the Amish furniture builder will begin on your project. Depending on how big your order is, it will take an average of 6-8 weeks to complete and about another week to deliver. When your order is finished, a transportation representative will reach out to you to schedule the delivery. You must be home at time of delivery.

Beside each product is a button and a short form to fill out if you have a question on what you are looking at. Fill out the form and a representative will reply back with an answer as soon as possible.
Customize the Product
Also beside each product is a button and a short form to fill out if you like what you see, but want it made a little different. Fill out the form describing in as much detail as possible, what you would like changed. We will work with the Amish manufacturer and give you a price quote on your request. If you like the price and want to proceed, we will get the item custom built for you after payment is received.
Custom Make from Your Own Photo/Drawing
You can also get a custom price quote from one of your own pictures or drawings. Just visit the Custom Furniture page and fill out the form with all the dimensions and details of what you want made. We will price it among the Amish shops and get the best price we can for you. If you agree on the quote, we will start the order after payment is made.
When you add your furniture to the shopping cart and checkout, you will need to pay for it. Custom Furniture Warehouse utilizes PayPal to collect payments. You will be directed to the PayPal site to pay for it. You can use any credit card and do not need a PayPal account. However if you have a PayPal account, you can pay from it.
In addition, if you don’t want to use a credit card, you can send in a certified check. For all orders who pay with a certified check, you can take an extra 1.5% off your total amount. To calculate, take your total and multiply it by 0.015. That calculated amount is the amount you can deduct from your total. If no discount is taken on your written check, none will be applied.
